Instructions:

1) To LOCK:

Move stop bar to upper position.
Press cuff down on the wrist and rotate jaw until it engages ratchet.
Jaw may be tightened as required.
Move stop bar to down position.
Jaw is then locked against movement in either direction to prevent over-tightening or loosening.

2) To UNLOCK:

Move stop bar to upper position.
Rotate key one-quarter by turning clockwise.
Do not use undue pressure, but be sure to turn.

MOM's TRICK:

It is highly suggested to keep one of the two provided keys in a safe place,
as it is likely that key may be lost or misplaced after handcuffs are in use.
